Too many people in my life have changed for the worst. I can honestly say my parents raised me in a way which I haven’t appreciated until now. Even though they can get crazy sometimes, they knew what they were doing.
i have a lot on my heart, a lot on my mind, and no one to share it with.
Ironic that I saw you in Target. Seeing as I don’t shop there. Seeing as it’s twenty minutes away from BOTH of our houses. It was like fate. Or destiny. Or the Devil in disguise. Call it what you want, but I call it irony. It was like I was in the wrong place at the wrong time or the right place at the right time. Whichever, I can’t really argue with either statement. I walked past you, and you hadn’t changed a bit. I figured me being in Florida for a year, and you being in Georgia for a year would be enough time for me to get over you. For me to move on. I thought it had worked. But obviously not. It was more like out of sight, out of mind. The site of you did something to me. I’m broken, and there’s no way I could ever fix myself. There was no possible way I could avoid these feelings, they hit me right in the heart. Bull’s eye.
